 Welcome to the new CPSU/CSA website.
We've kept the website short on bells and whistles, and focused on making sure that it provides you with useful and relevant information about your work and our Union. Now when you use it, you will quickly and easily find news, documents, and campaign information that is relevant to what you do.
How To Register For Your New Union Website
- Click the "Register for Access" link in the top right of the page.
- Enter your current email address.
- Provide your desired password twice for verification.
- An email will be sent to you with a verification link.
- Simply click on the link, or copy and paste the web address into your web browser, to complete the verification process.
You'll then have login access to your new Union website.

My Agency
Once verified, you can log in to the new website, and you're automatically directed to your ‘My Agency’ web page. As well as featuring current Union campaigns and news, it provides you with relevant news about your workplace and your awards and agreements.
My Profile
Log in and change your own details. Once logged in there is a ‘My Profile’ link in the top menu. This section provides a summary of the details we have about you so if you change your home address, or move to a new agency, you can make the amendments online without needing to contact us.
To make changes simply:
- select the My Profile link in the sites menu.
- to change your contact details, select the Update Contact Details link.
- to change your work site, select the Update Workplace.
- Simply fill in the new details, or select the correct workplace, followed by the work site, and select the appropriate Update button.
These changes will automatically be made to your records at the Union.

While you’re logged in you can spend some more time looking at the other features.
