General Agreement 5 will be the fifth Public Sector General Agreement struck between the CPSU/CSA and the WA State Government. It is the keystone of about a dozen general agreements that cover approximately 35,000 West Australian State Public Sector Workers.

• Member campaign to support serving of Claim. • Serve Claim on Govt. • Negotiations with Govt commence. • Members visit their MPs to reinforce Claim. • Other ongoing campaign activities to support the negotiations. • Any Offer from Govt will be considered by your Delegates in the first instance. • A full ballot of all Members covered by the agreement will occur before any offer is accepted.
