 We are delighted to report that DOCEP has now issued its Implementation Guidelines for Specified Callings Salary Increase  Circular to Depts and Authorities No3 of 2008.pdf (1.34 MB).
DOCEP are currently in the process of signing off on lists of positions which have been agreed between DOCEP and your agency for inclusion as existing Specified Callings.
Your agency can now commence paying these positions at the new salary rates and to pay the back payment of these new rates to 1 July 2007 (or 16 August 2006 for Specialist Title Psychologists).
Members are encouraged to read the Circular No 3 of 2008, the Extract from 1993 Public Service Manual.pdf (786.19 KB) referred to in the Circular and the list of positions for your agency which are included below. If your agency does not currently have a list please recheck the website again later as we are adding these lists as they are forwarded to your Union from DOCEP.
If you believe that you are employed in a Specified Callings position and your position has been overlooked in this process, please contact your employer in the first instance and seek their reasons for not including your position (preferably in writing).
If you are not satisfied with their response then please email us and include:
1. Your reasons for believing your position should have been included;
2. A copy of your JDF; and
3. The reasons provided by your employer for not including your position.
