Our EBA journey has been long and hard fought, but throughout the campaign members have stood together to demand an agreement we can be proud of. And now we have one!
Big Pay Increases
- 4% each year for 3 year for Schedule 2 employees
- 4.25% each year for 3 years for Schedule 1 employees
Fair Conditions
- Fair access to uniforms
- A say in your roster and changes to the roster
- Consultation on changes to staffing levels
- On-call allowances Union consultation on major changes
- The automatic right to representation at JCCs
- ‘Opt Out’ of JCC for employees
- Increase to the PRT Allowance
- The right to dispute any industrial matter
- Parity shift penalty rates
- Maintained overtime double-time and a half for Officers required to work over 16hrs
- Natural disaster leave
- Time in Lieu for Officer required to attend court for official duties on RDOs
