Add your voice to public sector research
Researchers from Curtin University and Edith Cowan University interested in public sector change and leadership are conducting a survey of public sector workers.
The following message is from the researchers asking CPSU/CSA members to complete the survey.
The public sector is changing quickly. Most employees know the effects that this has on them but this is not so well known by the community who are dependent on the services that are provided by the public sector.
We need your help to find out how change is implemented in the public sector and how it affects public sector employees. This is important because our findings can help improve how change is done.
We know that some organisations are good at implementing but we know many aren't. Whatever your experiences of change have been, we want to know your story.
We want to improve how change is done in the public sector. To help in this task we are asking members to fill out this survey about your experiences of change in your work place.
You can find the survey here.
It’s important we get responses from all types of workers so we can get a good understanding about how all people have been affected by change.
Thanks for taking the time to help us provide new information about how change affects employees.
Curtin University Research Ethics Committee (HREC) has approved this study (HRE2017-0398) and the CPSU/CSA Council has authorised the distribution to CPSU/CSA members.
