Workload in Adult Community Corrections and Youth justice

We are helping to manage workload in Adult Community Corrections and Youth Justice with a four-pronged attack on work overload. First we are returning to the protection of the Workload Management Strategy enacted in 2008; Delegates have established the Workload Management Review Committee; we will be working with members so that you better understand your rights under the WMS and we are canvasing members through a survey run in conjuction with the department so that we can understand where workload is really at and what we can do to ease the load.
