The count has been finalised and huge congratulations go to all of you for making the negotiation of your new Agreement a true success. There was a very strong turnout which was great to see and a resounding result, 96% of those who participated voted yes.

Our EBA journey has been long and hard fought, but throughout the campaign members have stood together to demand an agreement we can be proud of. And now we have one!
Members have voted "yes" to accept the new Serco EBA. The final count saw 86.06% vote 'yes' to accept the EBA and the big pay increases that will come with it.
