Part Time Employment

Am I still entitled to the same conditions of employment as a full time employee?

Yes you are entitled to the same conditions of employment but where relevant the conditions are available to you on a pro-rata arrangement based on the number of hours you work.  For example if you work 5 days per fortnight then any leave you are entitled to is calcuated as 0.5 of a full time entitlement.  Another factor you need to be aware of is that if a public holiday falls on a day you would not normally work then you are not paid for that day.
