I received an error message on the app/website
There are a few errors that can occur when you first register including:
- A 'suspended' account if you have moved in and out of union coverage since first registering
- You're asked to 'reactivate' your account
- Your membership is 'pending'
If your membership is pending please wait to receive your Welcome email from Shoprite. This can take up to 48hrs and may go to your junk or spam folder if it is the first time you've received an email from Shoprite.
For all other error messages, the quickest option is to contact Shoprite directly on 9300 1221 or 1300 650 214.
