I still have annual leave that I haven’t used which I accrued in previous years, will this be paid in December as well?

No.  Leave loading payable on annual leave which you accrued prior to 2011 will still be paid on the date(s) when you take that leave.  Your employer must ensure that this accrued leave is utilized first and you will be paid loading at the salary rate you are on at the time of taking your annual leave.
