  • Competitive Salary: $122,211 - $130,643 per annum
  • Permanent Position, 75 hours per fortnight

The Role

As a member of the Union's senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the activities and outcomes of the Industrial Services group (Advocacy/legal team), Learning & Development team, and UnionLink our Membership Services Centre, ensuring the effective provision of Membership Benefit and Services to retain members and attract potential members.

Successful candidate will have: 

  • proven successful experience in a leadership role within a Union, membership based, not for profit organisation or government organisation,
  • comprehensive practice-based knowledge of State/Federal IR systems and WA based WHS and Workers Compensation regimes, 
  • proven ability to develop and implement operational plans, within budgetary limits, and in accordance with an overall strategic plan,
  • demonstrated capacity to develop and manage the integration of Legal/advisory supports within industrial campaigns, and
  • advanced managerial, negotiation, facilitation, and networking skills,
