We invite delegates to join our Agency Implementation Group (AIG) 3 Special EDC: Department of Transport and Major infrastructure.
This session will provide delegates with agency-specific information related to the next stage of Government's Reform project and go through the process for setting up JCCs and convening EDCs in your new agencies. Delegates will also be given access to resources you can use in your new workplaces to meet new members and help you discuss common issues that have arisen as part of the reform. Register now!
You may wish to attend more than one Special EDC if the members you currently represent have already moved, or a likely to move across more than one AIG cohort OR if you are unsure of which cohort you and/or your members may be moving into.
